Today I started something like a personal challenge to increase the quality of my games and to get a better feeling for the statistics. I’ll play 500 games at 115 buy in mostly 1tabling 2player HUs to get a reliable percentage of my actual edge vs standard fishes. I won’t stop playing 4man HUs during this challenge, but gonna take notes of each HU I’ll play. Matches vs regs I’m teaming up with are excluded in the stats, obviously.
I’ll take the challenge pretty seriously and hope that I can improve my game management beside the ability to play every opponent in a specific way, enormously.
Today I didn’t have much time to play. The stats are:
2 player: 7/10 -> 7 wins out of 10 matches
4 man single: 1/3 -> 3 wins out of 5 matches (finished 4th, 2nd and 1st)
4 man team: 1/2 -> 1 win ouf of 1 match (sat vs my partner in the other matches)
Actual winnning rate: 11/16 or 68,75%
A very long way to go, but I’m very excited about the outcome.
